Rightway direct mail onboarding mailer
This direct mail was a high-impact way to drive new member engagement and awareness. This piece resulted from a cost-cutting initiative, replacing several inserts that appeared in an older edition. This 11” x 17” folded mailer integrates a personalized welcome letter and uses QR codes to point users to digital versions of the booklets and brochures in the older version. For new members requiring additional documents, a custom converted shipping envelope (not pictured here) enclosed all the pieces while allowing address information to be visible in a die-cut window.

This body of marketing materials were designed to activate and extend the McKesson brand language into a variety of executions and formats not codified in the brand agency’s standards document, but were instead fleshed out by the US Pharma Marketing team.
Scoop print collateral series
Purple background: This modular document transforms from a sixteen page self-cover printed document to several smaller educational modules based on a particular prospects concerns. Gray background: sellsheets targeted at enterprise Human Resources buyers and benefit-buyer influencers.
